Mr. Avantilal Doshi established Dinesh Hardware Mart in 350 sqft warehouse in Khumbharwada to trade tool & alloy steels in the year 1968.
1979
Mr. Nitin Doshi joined the business.
YEAR 1980 - New Ware house of 550 sqft in Mumbai
YEAR 1988 - Kushal Metal & Steel Industry Established
YEAR 2000 - Warehouse bought in Kalamboli 10000 Sq ft
YEAR 2004 - Partnered with NGK Japan for 2% Beryllium Copper
YEAR 2008 - Warehouse in Darukhana 6000sq ft

Mr. Kushal Doshi joins business
YEAR 2011 - Warehouse in Bhiwandi 12000 Sq ft
YEAR 2012 - KMSI signs JV with TG & forms TGK Special Steel to make HSS, die steel, Titanium, HSS & Carbide Cutting Tools
YEAR 2012 - Started two warehouses of 12000 sqft each
